HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post's service.  This means you will receive real-time updates or tracking ID or code by which you can locate your shipment. You can track it carefully that where it is, and how much time it will take in delivery. Updates will occur once your parcel is in transit. Any problems please feel free to contact us.

HOW DO I TRACK MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

We are using our trustable logistics and famous third-party companies which have their privacy policies and working experience. This gives us access to International Shipping. We aim to deliver you the right products as soon as you place your order. However, the time might vary with location.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@ordinarya.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

WHAT IS THE CUSTOM FEE OF THE PRODUCTS?

Our shipping fee is free but you have to pay the customs fee yourself. Please read the custom policies of your country carefully before placing an order as you have to pay according to that. Once you placed an order it would be considered as your consent to pay the customs fee.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON THE ORDINARY A WEBSITE? 

Your bank will convert the total amount charged on your statement to your local currency. This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ from the amount on your bank statement. 

AM I ABLE TO GET A MANUFACTURING REFUND FOR FAULTY ITEMS?

If the items have any manufacturing fault, are wrongly described, or are different from the sample shown, you can choose a full refund, a credit note, or exchange. Items that are damaged due to general wear and tear will not be deemed faulty. A manufacturing fault does not include damage caused by a customer, incorrect fitting/sizing/discomfort, or any problem with any item.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this, you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back in your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

WHAT IS ORDINARY A’S RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

Please note that the exchange or refund will be on the following basis:

  • The product must be in original condition
  • The product must be unworn
  • Your purchased item must be returned in original packaging and box
  • You must provide an original receipt for return or exchange
  • All the exchanges and returns must be accompanied by the form provided on our site.

We want to inform you that items that are not delivered to us or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. You will have to pay for the shipping charges or the required costs to have the items returned or refunded. Our company holds the legitimate right to refuse an exchange or refund based on the returned condition.

Your items will be refunded within 30 days starting from the purchase date as shown on the invoice. Refunds are processed by using the original payment method and your item(s) will be processed within 1-10 business days once our team receives the goods.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website is different than on the order confirmation.

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

We dispatch your items swiftly and, in most cases, we are not able to make amendments to your order or cancel it. We don’t cancel/amend your items once they are dispatched.

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us at customercare@ordinarya.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

MY ORDER STATUS IS 'UNFULFILLED’, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
